Pole dancing is a great way to get fit!
Join us for a studio class, we offer classes for all levels;
Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced and Master classes.
You can use this page to pay for classes or simply go to our schedule and sign up there!
Pole Dancing For Fitness Program
Our signature program ranges from Beginner to Master Level Classes.
New to PoleFit Nation? Look for our Beginner 1 Program in the class schedule. If you have experience from another studio, let us help you decide on your next class.
Students can participate in two ways - 6 week Session (1 class a week for 6 weeks) or Monthly Membership (Multiple Pole and Drop In Fitness Classes)
** Payment can be done online, over the phone (905)844-7746 or in the studio -
** All classes require pre-payment and pre-registration.
** Refunds are not provided.
** Must be 18 years or older to participate
** Membership - Students can do one pole class and one drop in fitness class per day

Please note: If you are unable to make your class, you have to cancel within 12 hrs of the class start time . This gives us time to contact the waitlist. If you "late cancel" (cancel 12 hrs or less), your account will be charged $5. If you "no show" (miss the class without informing the studio) your account will be charged $25 (if on membership) or it will be counted as a class. *
Beyond The Pole - Drop In Fitness Studio
Our studio is divided in two spaces - one for pole and the other for non pole classes (Beyond The Pole)
This program was specially designed for students who want an additional workout to compliment their pole classes and for students who want to be a part of PoleFit Nation but may not want to pole.
Classes are either drop in basis or included in membership
Floorwork & Flexibility: Can't touch your toes? Want to learn the splits? This class is designed to help you gain flexibility for pole.
Chair Cabaret: A loved class! Body conditioning and chair dancing combined - learn a choreographed routine!
Rock Bottom: This rock style class will lift your panty line, tone your legs and strengthen your core. Guaranteed to kick your butt!
Pound: POUND® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums.
Drop in fitness classes can not be used for pole classes.
