How To Train For Air Inverts On The Pole

Air inverting was my nemesis move when I was starting out. I really struggled with it.

Through practice and repetition, eventually I was able to air invert. I found I had to train my invert from the floor first - making them strong. Concentrating on deadlifting from the ground first.
