Two Simple Props to Improve Your Flexibility

When I started pole, my flexibility was horrendous - seriously I could not touch my toes without bending my knees and there was no way I would be able to do the splits. I was a mess and I believed that since I was not flexible as a child ( I'd cry during stretching in ballet class... which is why I choose to take tap dancing lessons instead ..no stretching involved) - I could never be flexy, bendy gal!

However, I soon learned that if you want to get a nice extension in your Extended Butterfly and take your pole moves to the next level, you have to improve your flexibility. Grudgingly, I accepted this fact.. and started to work on my flexibility.

In this video, I introduce you to two simple props that have helped me get my splits (aka "crotch to the floor") and to strengthen my legs (no more micro bend in my knees!)
